oh yes I need to you know okay today it’s a beautiful day yeah what do we make pork Sal in B in Italy you know I was say pork Sal in book you pick it up and you put in a mouth salt in a mouth okay I got all the ingredient right over here now the pork there I P and make sure when I before I P you see this with a knife a c over here and a c over here Happ so you cook you this piece over here the pork shrink like this it come out really good app put salt and black and pepper now what we need we need flour put salt and black pepper we need I use little garc one the pork and we use the sage now this is Sage it’s from my garden look how beautiful leaves I was pick it up one piece the look look that look how beautiful okay now for start we start with a pork and we put right over here we the everybody say why you call Itali when I was in Italy I was work we work in a farm my mother she dig the p and she picked up stream beans and we make potatoes a stream beans salad oh a Beau good now this is the potato it we cook we do like this look this a raw potato huh raw yeah look at that look at this beautiful it’s boiled yeah the potato was cooked for 20 minutes now the stream beans we cook for seven minutes oh you boiled these to yeah the stream beans you cook for 7even minutes but after they cook 7 minutes make sure they put in a color water and you put a couple of piece ice okay you know want to cook not too long some of the potato a little small it we do like this but the big one with do for this like that what’s everybody’s favorite summer salad are you going to try this one well it’s really good this salad it’s really really good in the salad we use black olive or leave hey Patricia thank you for the Stars thank you thank you okay now I finish the the and what I got to don’t want nobody take away my job okay now we live stay like this look how beautiful huh and this is chicken stock this is the chicken stock and we got the wine after over here okay now let’s go back over here and we got the stream beans now I I do this salad like this I C the stream beans but you want you can go on two piece or three piece how big you want okay and we got the nice now we got a little garlic and the garlic what I do I slice like this I like it GC [Music] okay what about cucumber salad like the sour one yeah cucumber salad not almost it’s it’s a Time the fresh cucumber but oil and vinegar salt and black pepper I put potato beans oil okay it’s really good not it’s a good time for the barbecue everybody can have this nice salad with a Sal in b h salute and thank you so everybody and Facebook it was really beautiful nice to make but today I don’t know what happened maybe I’m too old I know I’m 85 years old but I don’t feel 85 everybody can say I feel good want Im 65 too Pasqualle. My Italian G Grandfather Raffaele (Ralph) was a covbler and. Had a stire for workers clothes and the local schools uniforms. My MOM, UNCLE FRANKS NEICE bought our schiol clothes and shoes from our AMAZING, Uncle Frank ( Fransisco) LEONI, EVERY YEAR!!!!!!!!!@

Looking Good for 85 years old and your mind is still very sharp. I do enjoy your cooking. I wouldn’t worry about Facebook not everybody’s on Facebook. I watch you on YouTube. I’d rather listen to you than your son. Just a suggestion maybe you should cook with your wife once in a while. I think that would be lovely.
