Correct spices (bay leaf, cinnamon, cumin,
coriander, cloves, lime)
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 teaspoon of minced garlic
3 tomatoes
1 bell pepper
11/2 tablespoons of tomato paste
1 teaspoon each of (black pepper – turmeric
cardamom – seven spices – cumin – dry coriander)
Boiling water
1 tablespoon of salt
4 cups of soaked basmati rice
Optional green pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon cardamom
The filling
1 onion
3 tablesp0ons of oil
Hummus
raisins
Fried cube potatoes
Salt and black pepper
Cardamom, turmeric, seven spices
1 teaspoon tomato paste
A quarter cup of water
daqoos
3 grated tomatoes
1 hot green pepper
1 tablespoon of onion
2 tablespoons of green coriander
1 crushed garlic
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
salt
