Sick kiddo tonight. Wife suggested chicken and rice.
Cleaned up a roaster and patted down. Used wonderbird (from dizzy pig) and let it rest on a wire rack for 3 hours in the fridge.
Set the egg up with the rotisserie at 350.
Spun the bird for one hour, forty minutes.
Result: juicy, with crispy skin. Fantastic.
