(1) The finished dip – good with crackers, potato chips or Wasa
(2) Look what I found in the fridge! I’d forgotten about this paste, and saw an opportunity to move it out and honor the ingredient at the same time
(3) Just a simple no-frills salmon dip: salmon paste, crème fraiche, dill (dried because I didn’t have fresh) and capers. A little white pepper. A splash of lime juice for acid to cut the saltiness of the fish.
