Been making all my meals for the last two weeks and decided to treat myself a little for dinner today.
Plate w/ Super Greens (90 cals), Broccoli Beef (150 cals), and String Bean Chicken Breast (190 cals).

Do you eat this regularly? I think I saw someone here or another deficit sub say there was tons of hidden calories. It’s so confusing

I struggled today after having a serving of veggies, one order of chicken from Edo Japan today. I can’t find calories for children sized veggies nor for chicken. There is double chicken but I had one serving only.

Im biased towards bowls with kung pao chicken and veggies. The kung pao isn’t the most calorie efficient but honestly the 80 calories are worth it for my happiness
The bowl is only like 300 calories and I can’t treat it like a meal so alls well that ends well
