rules with an eye all right Chef Eric what is this good evening also Chef Eric he runs the buff on the ship so all this food there we go and Chef UHF Chef jell chef auil chef for the restaurant the oh is he your boss that’s my okay no all right all right you must know then tell me the numbers of food you eat he get eat how much beef is bought for, kilos every day 1,000 kilos a day for day is about about approximately 350 kilos a day W how many eggs how many eggs that’s about 10 bues which is 3,600 3,600 eggs a day frh EG 3,600 all right all right uh something else how much fruit are there like fruits fruits no by kilos it develop the variety actually minimum about varieties approximately about 200 kilos 200 kilos a day nice so 1,800 2, k each day each day from th everything from dining room bought like 350 Kil each four four fishes we got swordfish we got tuna we got Snapper and we got my no way so the cruise ship buys fish on on on every region we go we like to buy fresh fish amazing that’s the way how you provide people the fresh delicacy from their region sweet that’s the beauty of Life yeah always buy only in America all right here we go so much so much the chef is nice enough to show me all this for it’s open wait a minute Chef there’s something over here oh I need you I need you to talk about this what the heck is going on over here this is my special haai desert is there something from aliceon Wonder Too Much pineapple upside down cake is very popular yeah so we prepared some special pineapple ha cake with lots of rum inside special OV chocolates fresh made chocolates truffles no way then we got rainbow cake so special garnish made by P ships chocolate plun same here some beautiful decoration to give a feel of howai and you can see this one a beautiful display I know the shepher created something unique sugar inside it yeah there sugar in and these are few jealous because we got around like 35 kids on board yeah and they asked me we have jell yeah so the jell for my kids nice all right some L truffles truff more truffles some moose oh it’s so beautiful delicious I mean for gluten free sugar free non sugarfree gluten-free non-dairy what is it made of of secret magic okay let’s take a look at the amazing amazing dessert spread today look at that cake all the chocolate on top oh all the Truffle so nice also the cups filled with colored sugar it’s so beautiful they put on such a show all of this tasted and and looked amazing by the way even though I was on a diet at the time I took a little nibble so here we go over top you know what’s amazing about this the decoration is like half the show they really they did it up they didn’t have to put all the super cool stuff on top also these truffles are really good too although the’re glutenfree dairy free whatever free uh moose what is it made out of what do you reckon they do it boggles the mine unicorn tear okay let’s take a look at the bread now we’re in the bread area so they make all of this stuff every day there’s a lot of different things I like these loaves that had uh like peppers and and that one’s got like bacon and stuff on it those were super boss they really oh here we go yeah so this is bread pudding with chocolate chips I I tried this earlier in the cruise it was very good so and then you got rolls for days what kind of roll do you want they got it oh there’s a nice pie there’s some pretzels in the background there too and more rolls if you’re into rolls they got it oh here we got cakes and cookies oh my oh there like a cinnamon roll oh yeah a continental breakfast every day and there’s Donuts just in case you’re missing standard dessert there you know you got it oh yeah r at all fresh May yeah fresh fish ner and the special one is vegetable and red fish with vegetable from Fe it’s amazing beautiful you will love it should try okay the chef was super proud of that recipe it was good it was super boss we got a pile of steaks I was eating those every day you can have as many as you want and we got fries potatoes and rice whatever you want they got it I think that was fried chicken that’s the ox tail and some beans there on the side yummy okay and this was the mahi mahi I think so of these two fishes the local one or they’re both local actually I think that’s fried chicken there too there go he’s kicking up a pile of steaks getting your steaks ready there’s also usually a roast of some kind there’s one they always have gravy few different kinds to put on it there we go they’re slinging it up for Mom okay look how pretty this is oh yeah so nice okay now let’s take a look at the giant fruit spread take a closer look what a display there must have been working on this for hours you know they got a fruit tree so cool okay here we go the more exotic stuff down there star fruits dragon fruit dragon’s eye the Rambo tan also very exotic fruits blueberries and grapes I know you never heard of those only find I believe that’s called a watermelon never heard of it so the fancy things you get on a cruise oh yeah P okay this was quite a spread it was actually amazing and you know they had so much fruit I thought there’s no way uh all the passengers are going to eat it up as soon as they opened this display The Buffy people were lined up they were scooping up all the fruit goodies there’s some cheese there too also got some cold cuts on the side M yummy got some samies there too and more fruit so many kilos beautiful also these displays are nice to okay so now we’re going to take a look at the salad bar which is a lunch and dinner Buffy has these so you get to pick which kind of lettuce you want they have a few kinds on the side there they got spinach too mixed greens and then you get to pick what you want on it they have basically everything so you can see carrots onions peppers they got cheese Palmer on there they also got tons of meat so there’s bacon chicken uh fish ham a tuna uh I mean whatever you want on that salad they put it on there and any kind of dressing you want Hello they were so nice this is one that was one of my favores actually the salad station here we have the regular station so this is kind of uh regular American food we got Mac and chei hey hey you get that green you get that green stuff away from my uh my steaks okay you get those little trees away from my steak you got the potatoes gold and brown and bubbling bubbling Mac right there oh so good they had a a roast Pig today that was kind of fancy they change this up every day a little bit they got something and they have all the fixings right there we got mint sauce cranberry sauce they got uh all of the good stuff right on the tarar sauce too whatever you want okay here’s the Asian station where they cook up what you want on a walk and uh so the way it goes is you pick what you want see we got all the veggies over there okay and then you got you got a bunch of spices stuff right there and uh then they put it right in the pan cook it up for you there’s the meats bunch of meats I think they have chicken ham something else fish in there or two I think and they got several sauces for you to pick depending on what you fancy that day more Meats oh here we go so this is also at the Asian station have a few pre made dishes so there’s some kebabs right there very tasty I think that’s chicken Tandoori if I’m not mistaken oh so beautiful it really looks so nice there we go get a nice plate there look at that oh they also had this night it was like a shrimp ceviche type thing this was super tasty I had it a few days and kind of a Greek salad there you know cleanse your palet between all the meat and these are all the Exotic spices they use at this particular station Taste of Indonesia I think got some Nan bread there too okay so this is the Italian station you can get any kind of Italian food there you want they got uh they got these pre-made pastas these change every day so I don’t think they have tortillas in Italy but those were good I ate those too those were pretty boss got some lasagna right right there yes so bubbling cheesy there’s some pasta I think you can put your sauce on there if you want so those are the pre-made pastas and they also got these Italian breads I never tried one but I saw a lot of people eating them they said they were super good so and these Italian cheesy rolls they were super boss too so here’s how this goes you pick your sauce right there kind of like the uh Asian stationing and then they cook it up for you right there uh depending on what you want so you got you know olives you know Peppers mushrooms got some garlic there I think onions so you pick your meat you you pick your veggie you pick your spice there’s some shrimp there too we have some meat ham bacon oh yummy and then they fried up for you how do you like how you feel that day we have some salads there’s some beet salad I think that’s Kiwa maybe I don’t know what that one is but looks pretty nice there we go there’s the Italian station for dinner and [Music] lunch [Music] [Music] e [Music] [Music] okay so it’s special feast day today they put together quite a spread local food and pastries like like the matad Hatters tea party okay this is a very bad day to be on Paleo how many time how many times can I lick it before I’m off paleo mom three three licks I think you can smell it three licks to get to oh it smells like cocoa actually very bad day to be on Paleo only got another another day for that and we got fish and stuff take a by Mom and is this the fish they bought you said they bought on the island so the chef said they bought this fish today so this this is the Mahi and the other one too the Mahi the other one he said this one need they bought like 5,000 million kilos oh is it good the sauce is really good the sauce yeah is really good okay you see that that like um it’s the unusual flavor but this one he said was parly good so let’s test this one okay oh your oh apparently it’s fresh so yeah it’s all fresh it tastes like fresh fish you know there’s nothing like fresh fish there’s nothing like fresh fish and this came out of the oceans right here right there we’re on the it’s so important too came out of Hawaiian we should be gone by now but we’re still in Fort oh oh I love F oh there we go eating on My Fish Fresh Fish that’s Mom all this weird fruit stuff that we’ve never eaten I’ve never seen any of these odd things I’ve seen them but I’ve never eaten them so we wanted to uh just try these on cam so these are carot chips carot no I think carot I think is that the root the tarot root they taste like chips well they’re better than the real tarot that’s much better it’s not bad wonder if that’s GL I wonder if that’s AO I don’t know okay you want to oh he chopped it up for us so what is this called you put a lot of salt on it I don’t know does anyone know I think this is passion fruit no no this is a passion fruit that’s a passion fruit yeah what does it taste like kiwi kind of looks like a white kiwi I think it’s in the realm of kiwi not as sweet as a kiwi though no kind of like very very mild flavor there is sweetness though yeah kind of bridging on sweet it’s not bitter please leave a remark and tell us what this is what hell is that all around it looks good oh dragon fruit a dragon fruit this is dragon fruit I can just tell by the outside look at that the color on the on the skin uhhuh it’s like fluorescent it’s pretty good actually okay never have that okay that’s very kiwi like yeah now the other thing that is it called Rambo tan Rambo tan yeah and there’s people here eating this by the by the by the pound I know there’s the lady behind this is she’s eating like yeah I think she’s had like 20 of them yes so this is this is actually pretty interesting to have food on a on a cruise I’ve never even seen before it’s kind of exciting oh look at that it’s a look a little egg what there’s an alien egg inside alien I think I saw this on a sci-fi movie bad things happened after they ate it no oh wait there’s a little it’s an embryo there’s a little creature inside it does look like an embryo that’s Co it’s going to bust out of my stomach here pretty soon okay uh all right we’ll just uh let’s put the ends in here this in half I don’t know so we can both try it yeah ramboo tag so there is a there is a pit yeah there is a pit in this one but otherwise it would grow this is so exciting if it didn’t have SE I don’t know what it is do it all the way around there we go all right it stuff is they all know I’ve never seen I think they all got to be Asian fruits we’re used to bana ban oh oh oh my word okay this has got some goo inside I don’t know about that also an alien embryo
