Friend told me he never had French onion soup before, so of course I had to fix that.

Friend told me he never had French onion soup before, so of course I had to fix that.


I used 2 Vidalia onions, 3 sweet onions, two yellow onions, a shallot, garlic, and wild garlic. It came out amazing and my friend thinks I'm a wizard now. I know the last picture isn't the most appetizing, but by god it tasted amazing.

    Nice! My neighbor never had it before. I set her up with a big bowl, Gruyère cheese and French bread. She was in heaven. Couldn’t believe how good it was.
