
Very simple recipe, so good.
Half a bag of petite red potatoes cut in half (or third if bigger)
4-5 big carrots cut into thick coins
1 entire onion I prefer yellow cut up
4-5 celery stalks cut into small/medium slices
1 package of 32oz beef broth
1 package of “beef for stew” or stew meat
Drizzle hienz 57
Cilantro for taste (optional obviously)
I just layer the vegs, potatoes first then onion etc and each veg makes a layer.
Then pour the broth, should fill up to vegs.
I take a deli bag and toss the meat around in flour.
I made the mistake once of tossing the entire bag in, waaaay too much flour.
Now I carefully place the meat on top.
High for 4 hours. Serves about 4-5 meals.
