Hi all. I know a few had asked on one of my previous posts about how I go about my 6 meals a week without subbing.

All cards are bunched into week 1, 2 etc up to 16. Each week has 6 cards. Each week of ingredients is a saved shopping list on ASDA (you can save up to 25 different lists).

Every Sunday the ingredients turn up (delivery). I box it all up into 6 x 7ltr boxes from Amazon. That's Monday to Saturday sorted and Sunday I go off piste (I've more time).

The cost is similar I'd say to hello fresh but the quantities and quality are superior. If dieting make it and save left overs for lunch next day. 😋
