my first time incorporating oreo crumbles into the batter. They dried super quickly which made me nervous- but they turned out great! The pineapple is stabilized whipped cream filling with pineapple curd & the oreo is a chocolate oreo ganache.
Also my first time trying two tone batter for the pineapple shells- that turned out ok but could be better.
