My second time making these strawberry meringues and I’m still obsessed!! (even if they are a little ugly – I’m still working on my technique lol)
The first time I made them there were so many I struggled to finish them all even with giving most of them away to friends, so this time I halved the recipe and made 48 little meringues (20 calories each!!). I did have to swap out cream of tartar for white vinegar each time I made them because for some reason my local grocery store doesn’t have cream of tartar 🙁
I believe the original recipe intends for these to be way bigger, but they’re insanely sweet so personally I like to make them smaller and have 1-2 at a time. They’re definitely best fresh, but save decently in the fridge for a couple days.

I think I’ll try these tonight! Def swapping the sugar for something else though. 1.3 cups of sugar is 1000 calories by itself haha
