Gluten free cookies n cream cake for my moms birthday! First time doing a ganache drip – some work to do on neatness, but loved how easy it was. I used preppy kitchens chocolate cake recipe (my fave) with cakebycourtney filling and buttercream – it was delicious but in my opinion filling sort of overwhelmed the cake. Family said best cake I’ve made though!
