this is my first time doing salad for a week. in the salad ive put spring mix, arugula, feta/parmesean, diced tomato, cucumber, banana pepper, chicken, and a split between balsamic vinagrette and sesame dressing. do you guys put the dressing in before stowing or during consumption? anyway hope it goes well!

Personally I keep the dressing, meats, tomatoes separate until eating. Pretty much anything with moisture. It turns the lettuce soggy while sitting.

Salads are great! Just keep the wet stuff away from the dry.
I love pasta salad meal preps, especially when the weather gets warmer.
I love salad meal prep. Recently I’ve been into pasta salads since I can add a good source of carbs and protein and still enjoy the meal. Pasta also holds up really well and doesn’t get soggy/mushy.
