    The picture is a bit of a mess, but this was delicious. So much so, we made another cake with the remaining noodles a few days later to have with the remaining stir fry. I thought I bought Bok Choy, but did not so we used romaine lettuce, which turned out great. Added some leftover chicken for protein. 10/10 would make it again and looking forward to the shrimp topping.
