Breakfast

  • Skyr with raspberry coulis

  • Watermelon

Lunch

  • Ratatouille (tomatoes, eggplant, zucchini and spices)

  • Chicken with low fat cream and mushroom

  • White asparagus and a 0% cheese square

  • Skyr with raspberry coulis

  • One nectarine and one apple sliced

Dinner

  • Tomato "salad" with vinaigrette (1ml olive oil, vinegar, mustard and pepper) and some low fat/high protein brie cheese cut on top 🤌

  • Oven-roasted potatoes

  • White asparagus

  • Green beans

  • Grilled chicken (you can barely see it)

  • Skyr with half a banana in it

Great day overall, was a bit hungry after that light breakfast but powered through as I knew I had those 2 "bigger" meals planned 🙂 Great on protein today, maybe over-did it a bit!
