Yam tea with cornflakes? I saw this at a Korean Market and it looks interesting.
As stated, I saw this interesting looking powdered tea at my local Korean market. How is this consumed and what does it taste like?

very interesting and sounds about right. My Korean mother-in-law is always drinking these instant tea beverages made from various grains. (though I have never seen corn flake & yam?) Of course she loves her barley tea as well.

That looks so good! Probably meant to be consumed as a hearty breakfast beverage. Just pour hot water.

My mom works with the impoverished elderly living in Busan and apparently these teas are quite popular with them. Many of them struggle with low appetite so on days where they don’t feel like eating much, they drink this tea. They pack quite a few calories, it’s pretty much warm cereal in a cup.

Omg wait, this drink is so good. I remember getting it when I was buying things from the Korean grocery store for me to take when I headed off for college.
