I saw some out of town friends last weekend that I hadn't seen in a while, so I decided to throw a party while they are in town. I purchased everything from Aldi and Mariano's.
I sliced the veggies and meat the night before, and then spent about 3 hours on the day of the party cutting everything else and putting it together.
I have options for gluten free, vegan, and no pork.
