Bought some raw Tuna Poke from Costco, are these worms?

These are tendons. The reason most people aren’t familiar with tendons like these is because most places will cut them off because you can’t chew through them.
Looks like tendons to me. When you pulled them, were they pretty firmly attached?

From the first pic, I’d say sinew that’s been hastily cut, the second is pulled apart and tbh, it looks gross and would definitely have put me off, but, I’d say still sinew.

It’ silver skin/connective tissue, if you handled a rack of ribs before it’s then you be familiar.
it’s really tough to chew.

Nope. Looks to me like those fatty pieces (tendons or whatever). I buy my raw tuna from Costco and there’s always a small part of the tuna steak that has this part. I use a knife to scrape the red meat off, or I just cut it off and give them to my doggy.

If you look at the 3rd and 4th pictures on this website there are thick tendons that go down most of the cut.
