You can make a huge batch at once (this is just some I had leftover, not my meal).

I usually can eat like 1-2 servings. Each serving is 90 calories. There may be lower calorie curries out there but this is what’s available at every local grocery store near me.

Add whatever vegetables or meat if you want, I usually use onions, carrots and potatoes. I also prefer using bone broth instead of water which is around 10 calories per cup. (5 servings calls for 2.25 cups).

I am not the best at calculating calories so correct me if I’m wrong but 5 servings of curry alone comes to around 660-700 (with vegetables and broth).

I usually eat it with a side of rice. However you can use cauliflower rice, shirataki noodles, eat it alone, eat it with low calorie bread, etc. I could literally eat this everyday.
