After fasting and suddenly becoming vegan due to health issues and belated morals…

This slow simmered, (before) and then boiled again picture…sorry, but I'm eating it when it's done…

Has wild rice, (not actually a rice but a water grass seed), water chestnuts, and cranberries, with a bit of vegetable stock to boil in, but mostly water because of the tomatoes in the vegetable broth and my gut issues.

    Depending on what kind of fasting you were doing, and for how long, this will likely constipate you. We always break fast with papayas or watermelons for the first week or two. It’s ideal to focus on high water content fruit in the beginning. I hope you were able to resolve your health issues!
