Recipe: two birds covered in oil (I use grapeseed), season with salt and pepper. A dozen carrots (chopped), 2 bunches of celery (chopped), 4 onions (chopped), 2 whole garlic (smashed). 2 cups of water. Roast @ 350 for 3 hours and then blast @ 450 for 15. (Ovens may vary, use smell and how much bone is showing on the legs vs tendons). Mixed with 3 cups of white rice.
