this is roddam this ancient city is the second largest city in the Netherlands and Europe’s largest sea port a lot of people might think of the Netherlands is just Amsterdam or all the same but when you go to Rotterdam you will see the most diverse City in the Netherlands with over 180 nationalities from camese to Chinese to Turkish and even Moroccans I’m going to be showing you all this and more with the most divers food tour in the Netherlands let’s go to Rotterdam we’re entering rdam now it’s going to be amazing two full days in reram to see and eat it all we’re going to eat so many different things cames we have Cabo verie food what else we have so many things it’s like never ending you want the list yeah tell me the list tell me tell me how big that list is we already have and I know for sure more things will follow we have Pages we have Surinam restaurant we have Moroccan we have Capia and we have cap Salon Indonesian to begin because the list will go on that’s the thing is you could be here forever eating this is one of the most like culturally diverse cities in Europe so many people have migrated here it has huge populations of everything she just said and uh I’m excited uh I’ve been even more even more even more than that I say I know for sure that that there is like so much to discover and then if you don’t know in World War II this city was destroyed it was completely rebuilt so it’s uh it’s more like a modern city yeah yeah it was bombarded it was gone it was gone the the old town is gone it’s all new buildings here but I think that’s why RAM ramas have the mentality they have a phrase needa M that means don’t talk just do yeah and it’s also like close to the to the harbor so that Harbor labor that hard work you that is rot them perfect this is try this one with port wine it’s another one that tast like Migo consistency very buttery but that pork good wine in there yeah that combination is perfect pork and wine M and cheese this is smoked cheese the so the Smokey flavors in the cheese if you make a grilled cheese with smoked cheese it’s a game changer it’s I can’t even describe got to try the smoke cheese you tast Smokey flavor M and this is smoked with so smoked with herbs inside I don’t know how to describe this it’s almost like the textures of a sausage like smokiness so if you put it in a sandwich it’s melty and then you have that smokey FL this is the best one this is extra wow M my friend cloaken in the Cen G in the in the G come by try the cheeses try them all all of them what I’m missing this one’s with pepper with hot Indonesia it’s nasor yes exactly yes so what we do is um we use the steamer we use the comi steamer then we make our rice inside the comi steamer you steam it yes we steam the rice woo wooo it’s hot it’s been an amazing day yes the walk the walk is the best thing in an Indian Kitchen a Chinese Kitchen this huge pot w w w we need it we need the freshness of the walk it’s beautiful yeah like yeah what we also do is um what the when you were in India you had Puri right yeah of course all right so we have our own kind of Puri and we call that bar here come on this side this is our this is our bar and it’s also in a in a dough form and what we do is we deep fry it this is from Palo oh it’s you guys do a little differently than Trinidad Trinidad makes it like thin yes I really like how the dynamic works you know it’s a flat thing then it goes inside the hot oil and it it presses out it’s a flower puffball the bar in suram is very different from the bar in uh in Trinidad Trinidad it’s super thin you get two of them you put them together it’s called Doubles and you add chickpeas you add a few different Chutney and Shadow Benny here is just a super like you know it’s like a puff when I was 19 years old more than 20 21 yes so we we have surinamese food and influenced more by our Indian Roots so the food what we make here and what we sell the most is rooty a Bara and the curry chicken um those are the that what we make and that is our specialty and it’s like asking um what what can you make a better than all we try to make everything well balanced out just when you were in the kitchen you saw how we did is everything is made freshh so when you come and Order what we do is we um make it fresh for the people that that order their uh their their order all right hi David ready I’m very ready me too I’m excited there’s so many different colors here lots of good food we have a mix of things we have some spicy chicken right here exactly Hot Chicken hat toip Hot Chicken yeah hat toip and then I see few veg dishes I see some more chicken yes we have the liver over here the liver the liver you love liver right I love liver bite let me know what you think about it it’s beautiful a crumbles and it has this Indian taste to it yes here Heat this is the pical the pical hot sauce and that’s the chick pick a liily hot sauce spicy and the mix is very beautiful love the combo yes it changes the flavor it’s beautiful man you know I came in here and I was like I’m going to just try everything but I might finish this plate don’t worry the ultimate liver dish spices of India softest liver I think I’ve ever had and with the spice amazing bro right here we have the Roy the Roy yeah and you can have a little bit of the Roy look guys so you see the yellow what you see inside those are the lentils that’s all lentils right there yes they nice and like crispy it’s still very doughy yeah so for this put to the side rip off some yes then you can have it with the lamb the lamb the lamb is really awesome so we got lamb we have lamb take a little bit of the sauce mhm you a little bit of that gravy the gravy yeah that Curry it’s really beautiful this is like I’m back in India man no no I’m in seram but it’s influence with Indian spices everything falls apart yes and that’s how it needs to be it’s slow so good the gravy let’s go let’s go don’t worry I know I would I would eat it all it’s too good so we have uh the duck this duck this is duck so lots of Bones it has bones but you can have a piece that’s without bones and it’s the flavor that’s very beautiful with the rotti take a little bit of chutney with it and then you’re going to enjoy really really it’s a it’s a combo it’s really beautiful and I know that cm is famous for their duck Curry but Indian yeah yeah M so tender but there are bones there are bones a little bit yeah yeah so for that you get to get in here and just yes and then just eat it right off it it’s very tender it falls off and that’s how we eat it I’ll say it feels like India like it’s a true experience yeah thank you that’s our curry chicken look at that beautiful chicken curry it’s amazing how this doesn’t get all for me it’s awesome man it’s a little sweet yeah Sween I might finish it I might finish it don’t worry like a liver candy like a liver candy actually you should take a little bit of bar and eat it with the liver all right bar bar so right here we have the bar that’s the bar yeah it’s very different from the Trini bar this one more more doughy yeah it’s more doughy and more fil and it’s very beautiful look at that so from here you can grab this guy yeah and then take a little bit of the yellow hot sauce and then try it it changes the texture the flavor it it changes your whole experience just go of chicken w the spice yes it’s really beautiful it creeps in though yes yes how more you eat from it how hotter it becomes so delicious all your food has a little sweetness yeah yes but but we don’t use sugar we use onions so it’s all natural this one has a little bit suar in it but it’s all natural but there something different to it yeah all right these two together the bar Mike Mike you got to try bro I I brought different things from Mike you want to try this as well you need to try that one that soybean what is that that’s um that’s Lupin is lupina it’s made from uh Lumia no no not Lumia lupina it’s also a bean just like soy bean yeah yeah it tastes like the texture yes same thing here so for the vegetarian people that really love vegetarian food it’s uh it’s all vegan you know what’s funny it tastes like chicken like the texture and it’s thick yes heavy yeah but that’s uh because I was 2 years vegan oh you were yes and I missed the texture and the flavors so I uh I made that for myself and then I started to sell it to you I was vegan two days I’m a carnivore I’m also a carniv a do yes okay usually honestly I’m not a great fan of um food that mimics uh meat or chicken but actually this one is actually pretty good The Taste is good the structure is good but for a Fegan it’s awesome yeah he loves the yellow what does it mean it’s from the too good we have a lot of care for our Foods this made with um tomato right tomato CH yeah tomato chutney so good and those are spices of home because we use la O and conure inside so it resonates with him very much oh is it Stimpy and tofu mixture that’s my main source of protein along with uh beans so there’s no uh life without spice no should I put on Mark Green’s face yeah yeah you know Mark greens he has always the same face when he eats food Mark we love you thank you for coming and taking the time to do this no thank you thank you this is I like it very much thank you so much it’s another experience you know I’ve been a lot of times before the cameras so but this was really nice this is different because he needs his own food program right yeah yeah for sure man if you just have a camera on you every day a waterways it’s like ports after port after port like small Harbors today I’m finally trying Moroccan food in the Netherlands the second largest ethnicity in the country I’ve been to Morocco twice uh Tangier Chef chaan Rabat esaa Casablanca or else I go America I went to the desert and I’ve had Tajin love Tajin love their tea and this called Safir uh Moroccan Specialties let’s go inside I’m hungry sauce comes where the sauce is that’s all lamb oh yes like the thoughts of the Lamb with the sweetness oh I’m going to try the plate I’m going to try it I’ll have one of these yes and the Lamb of mhm that it’s so sweet yes this is what makes the dish that sweetness mix with the lamb meat okay now I try yeah do you have a fork so we can break it a little mhm it’s good sweetness they want you
