Ingredients:
• Olive Oil (enough to coat bottom of pan)
• Garlic (8 cloves or more or less, do you)
•Tomatoes (I used a 1 lb. of plum tomatoes)
• Salt/Pepper (Salt each layer of ingredients as shown in the video)
• Fresh Basil (3/4 C. Chopped or a nice big handful)
• Onion powder-sprinkle until your soul says stop
• Oregano -the same as onion powder
•Coconut sugar, monk fruit sweetener, or sweetener of choice (now you have to taste your sauce before you add sugar. My tomatoes were on the sweeter side so I only added two tsps of coconut sugar. That part is definitely to taste
• 3/4 of a 1lb. box of Rigatoni (opt for a gluten free pasta if you have a gluten allergy/sensitivity)
•Asparagus, I also like to use broccoli both add protein to the dish
• Vegan Parmesan cheese but if you have no issues with dairy, you can substitute with regular parm

  1. You’re making me want to buy an entire new pot and pan set. Maybe 2 or 5 because mine are beat up. Lol good meals can’t be cooked in raggedy pans.
