Producing fruit is not a good thing when your plant is looking rough. It typically means they are trying to push out any fruit they can to reproduce before they die.

Spider mites! Arbico organics in AZ has a Green Cleaner that works effectively. I would spray asap. And every 3 days matching their egg cycles. Arbico also has beneficial insects that worked great the last two years for me. I didn’t have to spray anymore.
