  • Same as yesterday, oven roasted potatoes, green beans and chicken

  • Hipro protein chocolate mousse

  • Skyr with one apple sliced

Dinner – 385cal ~ 36g protein

  • Zucchini, eggplant, sauerkraut, peppers and Konjac rice

  • the other half of that Hipro protein chocolate mousse (had half at lunch)

  • 0% Faiselle (French "cottage cheese") with kiwi

  • Tomato salad with low fat/high protein cheese, 1ml of olive oil and pickles

That volume for dinner was absolutely 🤌 great day overall, no cravings, maybe a bit too low on fat
