I made some pita (idk how they call it in english), small pieces of meat, on my plancha cast iron.
Now when it was done i was like, how do i pick this up? I did it with 2 wooden flat spoon things and it worked, but was a hassle to do…
Any tips for a complete newbie?

Use the pita!
Probably with a pair of wide griddle spatulas. Scrape into each other.
Wide off set spatula.
