Quaker grits are easy, cheap, hot, filling, flavorful, and sorta healthy (iron and B vitamins) if you don’t mind sodium. Great for vegetarians. I do 2 packets usually. Sometimes I fry an egg and put it on top. Go get you some!

    I applaud anyone who can eat food like this, grits, cottage cheese, anything that’s soupy and goupy I just can’t stand. Like i’ve thrown up when someone put it in front of me.
