Ingredients:

For the topping:

All purpose flour | 65g (½ cup)
Cane sugar | 150g (¾ cup)
Cold unsalted butter | 115g (½ cup)
Salt | ¼ teaspoon
Cinnamon | ½ teaspoon
Rolled oats | 100g (1 cup)

For the filling:

Peaches | 6 to 7 medium peaches
Granulated sugar | 65g (1/3 cup)
All purpose flour | 31g (1/4cup)

[Music] well hello there I’m already from your dinner and welcome to a new episode today we’re making peach crisp it’s a delicious recipe with peaches on the bottom and a nice crumble on top so let’s start the first thing I’m gonna do is of course cut our peaches smart thing to do is to cut the pizza in half and then twist it next we’re gonna add our flour cinnamon and salt into a bowl add our sugar and butter I use cane sugar for it we want to cut the butter in the flour and sugar mixture as you can see it took a little bit too long so I use my hands once it comes together add your oats you don’t want to get lumpy [Music] after the mixing you put the ball into the refrigerator to firm up a bit so we can move on with the film grab your peaches and add your sugar and flour to it [Music] mix it into well combined [Music] here I have an oven been the grease t-bone add your peaches to it [Music] and odd mixture on top as you can see it already looks delicious before going into the oven you want to bake it 40 to 50 minutes on 180 degree Celsius or 350 degrees Fahrenheit after it’s come out the oven let it cool slightly and eat that’s it thanks for watching enjoy baking and cooking and I see you next time at your dinner
