Just blend 1/2 cup of cottage cheese and 4 tablespoons of egg whites together, season to your liking (I did seasoning salt, a garlic cube and some pepper) and bake at 350F for 30-40 minutes till golden brown and pliable. I over baked mine slightly but it was still delicious!

    I don’t see why not, the texture is similar to bread once baked, it’s not at risk of returning to a cottage cheese texture when chilled

    Anybody have any insight about subbing chickpea aquafaba for the egg whites?

    Mostly out of curiosity as this recipe is already a sub for bread/wraps and I want to see how far we can take it.
