Last month’s high protein meal prep:

Breakfast – Egg bites with sausage and veggies

Lunch – Shrimp fried rice with veg (delicious!!)

Snack/Dessert – Fake Cheesecake (greek yogurt + eggs)

Super packed with protein and so delicious!! Would make some changes to the cheesecake, but overall a great week of prep.
