I unsubscribed from emails a long time ago. Then just this week you unleashed a torrent of different email types to “win back” customers. The fact that you have this many email types is sneaky and a trash business practice. I will never consider going back to HelloFresh because of this.

I love emails. Give me all the promos. Snail mail is the best because you are guaranteed to get an actual code instead of a risky link.

How is it sneaky if they give you the option to unsubscribe and then don’t send you anything afterwards? You’re complaining about having the option to customise your experience, including turning it all off, like you’ve already done… lmfao
How is it that I get sent free boxes to send to friends, they open the email n it says it’s not valid any more and I’m not getting any discounts for the boxes im sending.
