On what temperature do you have the oven at?
If anyone wants to make this “keto friendly” just omit the panko breadcrumbs. It’s delicious.

My method is to bake the breaded chicken breast in the oven – turning once – to crisp both sides. Then layer the partially cooked breasts in a baking pan over 2 to 3 cups of marinara sauce (or as you like). Add mozzarella cheese and Parmesan then back into the oven until completely cooked.
