    – omelette with turkey breasts, light cheddar cheese and crackers, 362kca, 34g protein. let me know if this looks good, Iโ€™ll post a screen shot of ingredients.ย ย 
    – aubergine salad + I added chicken, 504kcal, 28g protein (https://www.waitrose.com/ecom/recipe/roasted-aubergine-tomato-salad). You can reduce kcal by using less olive oil.
