on episode one of Mild to Wild my friend Alex has challenged me to make a level five heat snack using tahin so we’re making spicy Tulu go in a large pot combine sugar and water and melt them together over medium heat until it reaches 300° in the meantime cut up some fruit I use mango strawberries and grapes and assemble them on skewers once the Sugar’s ready dip the fruit skewers making sure to coat the entire surface immediately dump them into ice water then sprinkle tahen and dle some chamoy for extra heat cheers it brings me to my child this is Mexican candy at a different level
