random: I pickled a variety of radishes and onions about 2 months ago? The meal I planned to use them for never happened, and I left them refrigerated all this time. I didn’t do any airtight sealing, just a standard mason and closure.
Do they remain safe to eat? I look at them every day now and can’t bear to toss, but am also terrified to open them. They look how they did when I closed them up. I boiled water, sugar, salt, vinegar, spices, garlic and cooled it, poured over 3 types of radish, plus red onion.
