I’ve been making single serving treats to curb evening snacking. I’m loving this high-protein chocolate mousse.

It takes almost no prep (melt chocolate and blend) and it doesn’t taste like tofu. Sometimes I add plain gelatin to get a firmer custard texture.

I’m not affiliated with this site or anything- I just modify recipes like this one:

thanks! i’ve bought silken tofu instead a firm one I didn’t know how to use it. will try this, I love chocolate 🍫❤️ (who doesn’t haha))

A way to cut calories more and make the texture easier would just be to mix a packet of sugar free chocolate pudding with a box of soft silken tofu, blend, chill, enjoy. Can also do with sugar free cheesecake pudding mix too. Great vegan dessert options!

I wonder if this works with cocoa and a sweetener like erythriol, should be even less calories than using chocolate.

Hey! I’ve tried with cocoa and with chocolate. I prefer it with chocolate because it masks the tofu flavor better.

Maybe next time I’ll try less chocolate but dark chocolate!

    Have you calculated the macros?

I used to make something similar years ago but it was causing stomachaches. I might try again.

    Edited to add:

it looks like it’s about 1300 cal for the whole recipe or 217 cal per serving.
