So my tall scraggly jalapeño plant. I removed all the growing fruit (and continually cut the flowers) I pruned her, ive fertilized he with 24-8-16 to try to get some new good green growth. I monitor her so I only water when the soil is dry. I’m rewarded with yellow tips on new growth. Why?

Could be a few things to note here

1 grow light could be to high up. plants will grow very thin and scraggly if the light source is to high above them, they grow to the light till they’re happy

2 You’re using an aggressive fertilizer for a plant in a pot. 24-8-16 is also fairly imbalanced, try to use a even fertilizer whenever possible (ex: 10-10-10) to keep the nutrients available to the plant even to avoid overdosing one and under dosing another. A super high nitrogen fert can do more harm then good if the plant doesn’t have the other nutrients it needs also

I would guess overwatering at that point. Its easy to overwater peppers indoors
