How can I improve pepper plant health?

Hi all

So my pepper plant has been growing quite well lately, but now there are pepper on there the leaves are turning yellow.
I have started adding organic fertilizer to give more nutrients to the soil but it doesn't seem to work well.

Moreover, it looks like the leaves have a disease..
Does anyone know?
