Hi welcome back to my channel I know it’s been a while, but I’m glad to be sharing a new vegan recipe with you guys. It’s still somewhat cold where I am so Chilli was definitely a craving in my house. This version of Chilli may not have meat, but trust you won’t miss it because it’s just as delicious as the real thing. I hope you get a chance to try it. Thanks For Watching

Ingredients
Walnuts
Sea Salt
Chickpeas
Black Pepper
Himalayan Salt
Minced Garlic
Onion Powder
Chilli Powder (recommended)
Lentils
Smoked Paprika
Himalayan Salt

*Cook all your beans separate and use the seasonings for each one, you may also add a little Chilli powder to both your lentils and chickpeas to ensure it’s absorbing maximum flavor. When your walnuts and chickpeas are soft and tender, mince them up in a blender or food processor until you get a meaty somewhat chunky texture.*
Ingredients
Tomato Paste
Chilli Powder
Oregano
Veggie Broth
Spring Water
Siete Taco Seasoning
Red Bell Peppers
Onions
Garlic (optional)
Sautéed your veggies in oil, you can season it if you prefer. Then Add your veggie broth to your pot of lentils with your sautéed veggies and all your seasonings. Let it simmer until everything is tender and cooked thoroughly. Taste to see if you need more flavor but remember leftovers are the best because everything has a chance to marinate so don’t overdo it. ☺️🙏
Toppings
Foragers Plant Based Sour Cream
Dried Parsley
welcome back to e ra where everything tastes good and feels good too I missed y’all and I hope you miss me cuz I’m back with another fire recipe now this is my chili reloaded and I say that because I felt like I’ve been experimenting with my chili recipe for a while now cuz you definitely want the right amount of balance of Saucy but also meaty and it starts with the walnuts skip the soaking you definitely want to boil them until they’re soft and tender or at lease until your fork can go through it can’t really give you a precise cooking time because it literally felt like it took a long time same thing for your chickpeas soak them overnight for 24 hours to L the duration of you having to cook them this is why meal prepping is so important now my chickpeas left behind some aqua faala and I will definitely be using that for a future mayonnaise recipe so now you’re just going to go in with all of your seasonings season to your liking all of the seasonings will be in the description box down below now what I do encourage y’all to do is also add some chili powder to your chickpeas as well same thing goes for the lentils to ensure it’s absorbing maximum flavor and also so it doesn’t feel like you’re dumping the whole bottle in your final result whenever you’re adding all the ingredients together I’m telling you that because that’s what it felt like for me so I feel like that tip could really help somebody out there next up we’re basically doing the same thing we did with our chickpeas we’re seasoning it and then these are the vegetables that we’re going to use this is literally the foundation that’s going to help your chili taste like chili the vegetable raw too now I add two different kinds not because I wanted to but because I was running out of the other one but as a tip hey more flavor the better add all of your ingredients together I just blended it up in a blender you can blend it up chop it up whatever you want to do just make sure it’s not you know chunky you just want to have that right consistency now I added some tomato paste and not just for color y’all but for flavor too cuz literally what is chili without a little bit of tomato tomes it’s nothing also I do encourage y’all to use a little more red season seasonings in this because that is where you’re going to get your color presentation matters especially when you’re serving this to somebody else but once you’re done you’re going to let that simmer until you get the right consistency that you’re looking for I added some for just sour cream on top and I’m telling y’all it was amazing especially baked on top of some tortilla chips thanks for watching
