They don't seem to be moving, a few days ago I have found a spider on the plant so maybe that was his meal.
If they are dangerous how do I remove them and prevent other bugs to go on the plant again?

Yes definitely, spray with soapy water with plant in the shade and spray with normal water after about 1hr to rinse, repeat when needed or by aphid spray from garden center is another option.
You can manually remove as many as you can too with your fingers being gentle to the leaves and branches

You’ve got yourself an aphid issue. Not necessarily a problem but, if you want your plant(s) to live, you should take care of it.

My solution: 1. blast with pressurized water from a hose from under the plant. Individually murder those that survived. 2. Spray with soapy water. 3. Wait 24 hours and conservatively apply neem oil at sun down.
