I know that this is generally eaten with beer but apart from one video where it was soaked in beer and then roasted I can't find much info on how to eat it.

    You can eat it how it is or roast it over a flame.

    My husband eats this as an “healthier” alternative to slim jims on road trips and it is a very yummy smelling car ride. 🤣

    One of my fav beer snacks. It smells like asshole tho, so don’t plan on going anywhere after. Lol. I don’t mind the smell but others do.

    Use your gas stove to grill the octopus 🐙
    Once it starts to brown with a bit of char; take it off.
    Get a mallet to bash it softens all the hard bits and makes it easier to strip down to bite size.
    Make a bomb asS sauce mix.

    My parents would use hoisin sauce and sararcha chilly sauce as a mix to dip with! Bloody delicious 🤤!
