After a ton of hurdles, customs bureaucracy and waiting I can finally make proper ramen noodles with this portable beauty. Working with a hand crank Italian pasta machine is a nightmare compared to this. Also got the 1mm cutter for the hakata tonkotsu noodles and other high end styles of ramen.
