[Music] hi welcome to Chris Cook for YouTu today I’m coming to you with a fast and simple smoothie it is in the 9s here in Virginia very warm outside so this would be perfect for these warm days this is called a pineapple coconut smoothie the ingredients that you’re going to need are you’re going to need some ice coconut yogurt orange juice chunks of frozen pineapples and a little sugar if you like just to sweeten it that is optional so let’s get started with making this smoothie real fast and simple we’re going to put in some ice we’re going to add and of course I’ll put the ingredients at the bottom of the video we’re going to add about a cup of orange juice about a cup of pineapples and you see just a little bit of the juice that’s falling down in there little bit of sugar and like I told you the sugar is optional so you don’t have to add it if you want to and we’re going to add a small container of coconut yogurt and I’m using Greek yogurt because I like Greek yogurt you can use any kind you want just make certain that it is coconut okay now this is real real fast real easy great for those days that the temperature is really really warm outside like it is today think you’re really going to enjoy it as a way to cool your inside going to put the top back on close it and we’re going to start it okay that’s enough now with this it looks like to me that it’s not pourable and that’s because I’ve added quite a bit of ice so what I’m going to do is just add a little bit more orang juice to it a little bit more liquids just so make it pourable put my top right back [Music] on and I’m going to mix it okay now I’ll put the ingredients for you at the bottom so you’ll be able to make it Pour It Up Now there it is is and I’m going to have a drink cuz it’s really high outside that’s good pineapple yogurt coconut yogurt so it’s a pineapple coconut smoothie try this I think you’re really going to enjoy it and as always thank you for watching Chris cook for you too [Music] bye [Music] [Music] a

  2. Alohaaaa, Sister Chris. I think it's "hot" everywhere now ( that summer heat ) but, as my pastor always say, "thank GOD, this is as hot as it will gets for us" ( smile). Amen to that. Love the recipe but I will add a half of banana ( to make it thick like ice cream ) and a packet of diet sugar
    to add extra sweetness and eat it with a spoon and use a straw to drink it as the ice melt. Thanks for sharing.
    PS: it's "hot" in Hawaii but I live in the mountainous area and getting the trade winds today. Nice and breezyyyyyyy.
