    Nah you’re onto something here spicy crab is phenomenal and in ramen form it’s probably just as good

    I don’t see anything wrong with this, that’s a great idea. I would just make sure it’s lump crab meat and not just a bunch of shreds or it might be difficult to get out of the broth

    The only canned crab meat I’ve ever had was a mash of shredded meat and bits of chitin. It wasn’t horrible but I didn’t see the appeal vs just getting some cheap canned tuna which has similar shredded texture (minus the chitin) and is a third of the price.

    Is there better canned crab that isn’t stupid expensive?
