Basil Tomato Mozzarella Skewers

Ingredients
8-10 basil leaves
8-10 cherry tomatoes
100 grams mozzarella cheese, cut into medium cubes
Salt to taste
Crushed black peppercorns to taste
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
⅓ cup olive oil

Method
1. Combine cheese cubes, cherry tomatoes, salt, crushed peppercorns, balsamic vinegar and olive oil in a bowl and mix. Add basil leaves and mix well. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
2. Skewer a mozzarella cube, basil leaf and cherry tomato onto each toothpick.
3. Serve.

hi welcome to Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana I’m Roopa yo let’s do a very simple starter which is called as basil tomato mozzarella skewers but it’s a very fresh starter nice for a summer evening so let’s go ahead and look at the ingredients some fresh mozzarella which is cut into cubes or you can use bocconcini the mozzarella balls that are there if you get them it is better in this preparation some cherry tomato olive oil balsamic vinegar salt pepper and fresh basil leaves in case all you have to do is take the fresh mozzarella which is cut into cubes at the cherry tomato some salt pepper the balsamic vinegar and the olive oil mix it well at the basin put this all in the fridge for about 10 minutes for it to go chill and then we’ll just put it in the skewers we have chilled the basil tomato and the mozzarella now let’s just put it in the skewers and so so what you do is take a cheese put a basil leaf and a tomato and just insert a toothpick so it looks like this similarly do it with the others the cheese the basil and the tomato you arrange them in anything that you want average them in pairs on a flat tray you can even put them in small short glasses or put them in a nice big martini glass and arrange them as you like they look very pretty with the green and the white and the red combination and they’re very fresh to taste I am sure you like my cooking and my recipes so please subscribe on the channel and stay connected with me happy cooking
