10 years ago we implemented a service charge which we believed helped to provide a better, more equitable way to compensate our workers that reflected our belief that all employees contribute to, and are responsible for, our success. It is something we believe in and are proud of.
However, changing California laws have led us to make the business decision to eliminate the service charge beginning on June 24, and shift to a more traditional tip model – where members of the chain of service will receive a share of guests' tips based on their role and hours worked.
Our focus is on continuing to promote a collaborative work environment with opportunities for advancement and growth that help us provide our customers the very best dining experience with the great food and service that make us special. We thank you for your continued support!
