I assume this is for no more than 2 people. Otherwise you simply need larger portions. Also try using a small bowl or ramekin for dips.

Silly question, but is that honey around the sharks’ mouth?
Personally, I like to put honey or any sauces in little ramekins to protect the wood of the board. That said, I think you could still incorporate the shark, perhaps by putting half a grape in its mouth to look like he had a little nosh?
