  • Ratatouille (Eggplant, zucchini, peppers, tomatoes) and broccolis

  • Cabbage and carrots salad (with pickles, chicken, low fat/high protein cheese, radishes and sushi ginger)

  • Big bowl of 0% Faiselle (French type of yogurt) with one kiwi and some currants

  • One slice of that apple-currant cake

Dinner (top)

  • Broccoli with low-fat/high protein cheese melted on top

  • Oven roasted zucchini

  • Another big bowl of 0% Faiselle (that thing is 35cal/100g 🤌) with strawberries and currants

  • One nectarine

  • And another slice of that cake!

Delicious day, so filling!
