Ingredients:

1 kilo baby back ribs
1 liter rootbeer (mug)
1/2 tsp salt
1 & 1/2 cups water
3 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp mustard
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp cane vinegar
1 tbsp onion powder
1/2 tsp cayenne powder
1 tbsp honey
1/2 cup brown sugar
*approximately 3/4 – 1 cup of baby back ribs broth

  1. Kalasa po ba talaga ito ng racks? Or sarili nyo po na lasa ito? Yung sa racks po kasi hindi mapula. Parang halos black un itsura. Thank you!

  2. tried ths recipe earlier!! approve sya. this recipe is more on the sweet side. saktong sakto lamg ung amount ng sauce na nagawa ko for 2kg of ribs using the given recipe. medyo kinabahan pako kanina kasi nung tinikman ko ung ribs pagkakulo antamis. un namang sauce may pagka maanghang. pero nung inihaw ko na magksama tamang tama ung lasa. will definitely cook this again.

  3. Tried this… with some alterations because of unavailability of some ingredients.
    No cayenne, no mustard.
    But I added "mixed bbq powder" to the rest of the ingredients….

    I LOVE IT!!!

  4. nice recipe. may I ask if I can use dijon mustard and granulated onion instead of the regular mustard and onion powder? yan lng po kasi available for now sa kitchen namin. tnx for sharing this

  5. hi po sorry for the late feedback po ☺️ ang perfect po pala ng pag ka luto sa baby back ribs ang sarap po sobrang malinamnam na kusang natatangal yung buto sa mismong laman po grabe ang sarap po talaga and lastly ang laki ng na add na flavor ng Worcestershire sauce po .   6. Na try ko to kanina ,oki lang ang sauce pero ang meat d masyadong malasa na pahiya tuloy ako sa bisita ko..napaka simple lang din ng dating ng sauce matamis na walang ibang lasa at bland ang meat ..nasayang lang gastos ko
