I got to try the new Minor Figures Atomised in the shop today. We normally use Oatly, but the packaging and ecological impact factor is what most intrigued us to perhaps make the switch.
Well… honestly, it was terrible. Foams well and looks great, but tasted like straight cardboard. We did a blind tasting: cold, warm and in coffee, but it was disgusting and lost unanimously in all three sadly. Both in the blind tasting we did as baristas as with some regular customers that we had it try.
Anyone else in here that has tried it, and what are your experiences with it?
